The hiring of teams, their related candidate profiles and job descriptions are specified by the Client. The team members are then taken on Vital Link Outsourcing payroll.
The team is also provided with seats, PCs, bandwidth, tech support as well as an efficient and dedicated project manager to start off the migration.
The day to day deliverables of the team are then supervised directly by the Clients manager.
This is the best option where the team needs to be closely monitored and its processes cannot have definite instruction sets. |
